Product Description:
The louvered box is a radiation protection device used in meteorological stations to house instruments for measuring air tests and temperatures. The four walls of the shutter box are made up of two layers of thin wooden slats, the outer layer of shutter slats are inclined inward, the inner layer of shutter slats are inclined outward, and the angle of intersection between the shutter slats and the horizontal is 45 degrees. The bottom of the box consists of three planks, each 110 millimeters wide, the middle one is slightly higher than the two on the side. The lid has two layers. The entire louvered box is white in color. A shuttered box is a box in which meteorological observation instruments are placed, while the air can circulate, and inside the box there are temperature gauges, humidity gauges, maximum and minimum temperature gauges, and many other instruments. These instruments are used to measure the temperature and humidity of the air, so it is hoped that the temperature and humidity inside the box will not change because the walls of the box are heated by sunlight.
Fields of application:
Meteorological louver box with good insulation, electric suspension and excellent ventilation, rain, radiation, insect performance, can be used as a hydrological, meteorological automatic observatory station.
●The material is made of low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity, anti-corrosion, anti-cracking and strong anti-radiation;
They do not rot under rainy, acid rain and humid environment, and do not crack under dry and hot sun, and have a long service life;
●Effectively block ultraviolet radiation under natural conditions;
●Prevents rapid aging of instruments and meters under harsh conditions in the field;
●It can reduce the measurement error caused by strong light;
●Small size, light weight and easy installation.
Installation:
The louvered box is installed on a shelf with a height of 1.25m and the bottom of the box is kept horizontal. In order to observe the natural conditions of the atmosphere, the louver box is required to be not only well ventilated, but also to avoid direct sunlight. For this reason, the four walls of the box are composed of double-layer shutters coated with white paint. The louvered box should not only be protected from direct sunlight, but also from light and heat reflected from the ground. Since the lawn has the least influence of light and heat reflection. Therefore, generally louvered boxes are erected on the lawn.
