Selection and installation
1. HBRD906 radar has a small dead zone, the smallest blind zone is 0.1m, HBRD906 radar antenna is a micro-cone antenna, the antenna does not need to extend over the tube during installation, the length of the tube depends on the diameter of the tube, and the maximum length of the DN80 tube cannot exceed 200mm.
2. The HBRD906 radar is suitable for small storage tanks with steam and corrosion. Because the antenna does not protrude over the pipe, the anti-spatter effect is better, and the dead zone is smaller, so it is especially suitable for small storage tanks with agitation (measurement height below 5m)
3. HBRD906 radar can match the size of the mounting flange is DN50, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200. Flange and antenna materials can be selected from PTFE and stainless steel flange plus PTFE antenna.

● Since electromagnetic waves are not affected by the environment and the radar level meter has no contact with the storage tank or the medium, the radar level meter can still measure quickly and accurately even under harsh conditions.
● Microwave signals are similar to visible light and have good penetrability. Their reflected power depends on the conductivity and dielectric constant of the measured medium. The larger the dielectric constant, the better the reflection effect of the echo signal. Therefore, for liquid media with different chemical properties, such as toxic media, corrosive media and other liquids and slurry media, radar level meters can perform measurement work well.
● Since the microwave transmission power of radar is small and can be electrostatically shielded by the outer wall of metal containers, the application of radar level meters is less restricted by site and is harmless to the human body.
● According to the shape of the tank, the radar level meter can measure the liquid level of spherical tanks, horizontal tanks, cylindrical tanks, cylindrical cone tanks, etc.; according to the function of the tank, it can measure the liquid level in storage tanks, buffer tanks, microwave tubes, and bypass pipes.
