The drain valve is adopted because of its simple structure, good sealing performance, small size, light weight, low material consumption, and small installation size, especially its small driving torque, simple operation, and easy to achieve fast opening and closing. The quick drain valve directly relies on the force generated by the medium pressure to help seal the mechanical load on the valve disc. The mechanical load acting on the valve disc mainly comes from the compression spring, which is almost fixed. For the compression spring, the loaded drain valve can achieve good sealing by adjusting the spring force, but the sealing pressure difference must be large enough to ensure sufficient sealing force, so as to achieve sealing when the valve is working normally. The sealing pressure difference should also be smaller than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
