Internally threaded gate valve, also known as stop valve, is a widely used valve. In actual use, internally threaded gate valve is deeply loved by users because of its low switching friction, durability, easy manufacturing and easy maintenance. This valve is not only suitable for medium and low pressure, but also for high pressure.

The opening and closing components in the internally threaded gate valve are gates, and the gates have two sections. The section of the common mold gate valve forms a T-shaped notch, and the gate can be made into a bending stiffness gate or a gate that can produce slight deformation at the inlet to improve process performance. At the same time, the fully open position of the gate valve can be marked by the symbol of the valve seat end point. Considering that changes in temperature may cause poor movement, a device that rotates 1/2-1 turn is generally set near the top so that the gate can return to the fully open position. Therefore, we can adjust the position of the gate by the gate stroke.

In an internally threaded gate valve, the stem nut is located on the gate. When the spindle rotates, the stem nut is pushed forward, causing the valve seat to rotate, thereby lifting the gate.
