The pH probe, also called the pH sensor or pH probe, is an important part of the pH meter.
The pH meter consists of a sensor and a secondary meter. It can be equipped with three or two composite electrodes to meet various usage scenarios. Equipped with pure water and ultrapure water electrodes, it can be used to measure the pH value of water with a conductivity of less than 3μs/cm (such as chemical feed water, saturated steam, condensed water, etc.). Its sensitivity is -68dB/min, sound pressure is 105dB/min, and the center frequency is 40.0±1.0KHz.

Performance characteristics of pH probe
●Chinese display, Chinese menu, Chinese notes: The operation steps are all in Chinese, and can be easily completed without the manual.
●Multiple parameters are displayed on the same screen: pH value, input mV number (or output current), temperature, time and status are displayed on the same screen.
●Historical curve: Automatically store measurement data every 5 minutes, and can store pH value for one month continuously.
●Notepad function: The notepad faithfully records the operation and use of the instrument and the time when the alarm occurs, which is convenient for management.
●Electrode monitoring function: The method, time and results of each calibration are recorded, which is convenient for querying and analyzing the law of electrode changes.
●Digital clock function: Provides a time base for various functions.
●25℃ conversion: The 25℃ base temperature conversion is performed on pure water and ultrapure water with ammonia, and the pH value at 25℃ is displayed, which is particularly suitable for the measurement of various water qualities in power plants.
●The instrument is stable and does not crash: The watchdog program ensures that the instrument will not crash when it works continuously.
●Manual current source function: The output current value can be checked and set arbitrarily, which is convenient for detecting recorders and lower computers.
●Software setting current output mode: The software selects 0~10mA or 4~20mA output.
●Four calibration methods: Manual input zero point E0, slope S and known pH value calibration have been newly added to meet the needs of customers in various situations.
Application areas of pH probes
pH meters are widely used in the fields of industry, electricity, agriculture, medicine, food, scientific research and environmental protection. The instrument is also an essential inspection equipment for food factories and drinking water factories to obtain QS and HACCP certification.
