1.Description:
Wireless pressure transmitters are designed for remote wireless applications. They are highly practical in hazardous conditions or locations without a power supply, and can be used in various scenarios such as oil and gas wells, explosive gas environments, or areas that are difficult for personnel to access and where power supply is inconvenient. To meet application requirements, the housing features a sealed design that complies with explosion-proof ratings Ex IIC T6 Gb, Ex ia IIB T4 Ga, and environmental protection rating IP65.
To accommodate different remote distances and data transmission needs, the product supports multiple communication protocols, such as LoRa (Long Range) or Zigbee, for wireless communication. LoRa is a low-power wide-area network (LPWAN) protocol suitable for long-distance communication (up to several kilometers), while Zigbee is suitable for short-distance communication (a few hundred meters).
To adapt to different pressure media, the product offers three types of pressure ports (Type A, Type B, and Type C):
- Type A (also known as inner cavity type): The pressure diaphragm is located inside the port, designed for measuring gases or dilute liquids.
- Type B (also known as flush diaphragm type): The pressure diaphragm is flush with the surface of the pressure port, suitable for measuring viscous fluids, fluids with particles, or pastes, where the pressure medium can be flushed away from the diaphragm surface.
- Type C (also known as tri-clamp type): Threadless and connectable via a clamp, specifically designed for applications in the pharmaceutical or food industries.
