Features：

This sensor adopts imported high-precision high-resistance strain gauges and unique domestic diaphragm technology. It features a measuring range up to 140 MPa, fast dynamic response, high precision, robust structure, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance and high cost performance.

Application Scenarios：
Widely applied in petroleum industry drilling equipment, especially for high-pressure measurement on imported fracturing trucks and cementing trucks. It is the preferred sensor (transmitter) for import substitution.

Electrical Connection：

1. 4-pin connector: Pin A – Power (Red), Pin B – Signal (Blue)
2. 6-pin connector: Pin A – Power (Red), Pin B – Signal (Blue), Pin C/D – Spare, Pin E/F – Zero Reset Line (Please specify when ordering if required)
3. Aviation connector wiring definition: Red – Power, Black – Signal, Yellow/Green – Zero Calibration Line
4. 2-pin connector: Pin 1 – Power, Pin 2 – Signal

Field Wiring Diagram：
Model PT-601 Hammer Union Pressure Transmitter supports on-site calibration. On-site calibration shall be performed under electronic simulated pressure. Energize the calibration terminal or short-circuit the calibration terminal to generate a signal output equivalent to approximately 100% full-scale pressure. This can be used to adjust the gain of user’s instrument or data acquisition device. The transmitter wiring is shown below:
Zero Reset Operation: Under powered condition, short the yellow and green wires for 3–5 seconds to complete zero reset.


Product Installation & Precautions：

①.Install at a location convenient for operation and maintenance.

②. Keep away from vibration sources and heat sources as much as possible during installation.

③. To meet CE EMC requirements, the transmitter must be grounded via the grounding connector.
④. When installing the transmitter, avoid twisting or pulling the output cable to prevent damage to the transmitter.
⑤. Regularly clean debris in the pressure guiding cavity and electrical port of the transmitter to extend service life.
⑥. After installation, check for liquid leakage and make adjustments if necessary.
⑦. The transmitter can operate without user adjustment. Before startup, carefully verify correct installation and electrical connections, then power on and commission the device.
⑧. The transmitter starts working once powered on. The output signal becomes more stable and reliable after 30 minutes of warm-up.
