Recently, the wetland carbon flux observation system customized by Xi'an Guanke Co., Ltd. was installed and debugged in the Xingkai Lake area of Mishan City and successfully put into use. The commissioning of this system will contribute to the research on wetland carbon cycle in my country and provide important data support for global climate change.
As one of the most complex ecosystems on Earth, wetlands play an irreplaceable role in regulating global climate and maintaining biodiversity. In particular, the carbon sink function of wetlands is particularly important in the process of responding to climate change.
By absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and fixing it in vegetation and soil, wetlands can effectively mitigate the greenhouse effect. Therefore, accurate monitoring of wetland carbon flux is critical to assessing its carbon sink capacity and formulating effective environmental protection policies.
The system uses eddy covariance flux observation technology and a series of high-precision sensors with international advanced level, which can perform high-precision, real-time synchronous monitoring of greenhouse gas concentration, wind speed, temperature, humidity and other parameters to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. At the same time, the intelligent data acquisition and transmission module can quickly and stably transmit the collected massive data back to the research center, and cooperate with the data analysis software to provide intuitive and in-depth data analysis results for the scientific research team, greatly improving the research efficiency.
The successful installation of the wetland carbon flux observation system will further enhance my country's ability in the study of carbon cycle in wetland ecosystems. Through long-term and continuous observations, scientists can deeply understand the mechanism and law of wetland carbon cycle, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of scientific and reasonable ecological protection policies. At the same time, the implementation of this project will also help promote the construction of ecological civilization under the "dual carbon" goal in my country and contribute to the realization of sustainable development.
