Atechsensor is one of the leading submersible manufacturers in China, and its hydrostatic level transmitter is one of the precise and efficient means of level measurement, with applications ranging from water to acidic media and a long working range. Features such as easy installation, submersible structure, long distance and efficient operation make it one of the most recognized continuous level measurement instruments. It inherits the advantage of being easily installed from the top or from a small opening on the tank top side, making it easy to use in tanks or pits of any shape, without the need to empty the tank or make any special installation arrangements. The transmitter is simply suspended inside the tank by a cable. There are different versions available for normal liquids, corrosive liquids, high temperature liquids and acids. The sensor sensor is encapsulated in a liquid-tight SS316/PTFE housing and assembled to a liquid-proof cable. Due to the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid inside the tank, the sensor signal is converted into a 4-20mA (2-wire) output that accurately corresponds to the liquid level. For the acid version sensor, the complete transmitter including the sensor and cable is made of PTFE, which can withstand various corrosive environments with minimal maintenance and care.
