The diffused silicon pressure transmitter adopts an integrated all-stainless-steel structure. Its core pressure chamber is precisely machined from premium 304 stainless steel and fabricated with mature laser welding technology, delivering outstanding sealing performance to effectively prevent medium leakage and ensure long-term stable equipment operation. Featuring superior corrosion resistance, wear resistance and broad medium compatibility, the transmitter suits various industrial media including water, oil and gas. It supports prolonged operation under complex working conditions and greatly enhances equipment reliability and service life.


In terms of measurement performance, the diffused silicon pressure transmitter is equipped with high-performance pressure sensing elements. Optimized via automated computer testing and precise laser trimming, it incorporates wide-range zero-point and full-range temperature compensation technology. Accurate temperature compensation is achievable within -20℃ ~ +85℃, effectively mitigating measurement errors caused by ambient temperature fluctuations. The zero thermal drift and full-scale thermal drift reach as low as ±0.02%FS/℃, while long-term stability is ≤±0.1%FS per year. Precise measurements can be maintained over extended periods without frequent calibration. Two accuracy options (±0.25%FS and ±0.5%FS) are available. Combined with fast response, the transmitter captures dynamic pressure changes in real time to satisfy strict industrial process control requirements for high precision and rapid response. Furthermore, embedded high-performance digital processing circuits offer excellent immunity to radio frequency and electromagnetic interference, enabling stable operation at industrial sites with complex electromagnetic environments and guaranteeing authentic, accurate and reliable measurement data.

 


Developed to meet industrial site requirements for easy installation and operational safety, the transmitter features built-in reverse polarity protection, which prevents equipment failures caused by incorrect wiring and reduces on-site maintenance costs and equipment loss. Rated IP65, the unit boasts excellent dustproof, waterproof and anti-shock properties. Operating temperatures range from -40℃ to +85℃, supporting continuous operation under harsh conditions including extreme temperatures, humidity and heavy dust.
To accommodate differentiated demands of various industrial sites, the product supports an ultra-wide measuring range of 0.1 bar to 600 bar. It provides multiple standard output signals such as 4~20mA and 0~10VDC, compatible with mainstream 2-wire and 3-wire wiring schemes. A variety of pressure connections, electrical connectors and customized services are available for quick adaptation to diverse equipment and installation scenarios. The transmitter withstands an overload pressure of 150%FS and ultimate burst pressure of 200%FS, with 100g anti-shock capacity. It maintains consistent stable operation under heavy loads, strong vibration and frequent pressure fluctuations with greatly improved fault tolerance and safety.
