The Smart pH Sensor is a high-precision online monitoring device developed by ATECH for diverse complex water environments. Adopting proven glass electrode detection technology and optimized hardware architecture, it delivers round-the-clock real-time and accurate monitoring of water pH and temperature. This smart pH sensor adopts the mature glass electrode detection principle. Its measuring cell consists of a glass indicator electrode and a reference electrode to accurately capture potential difference signals in liquid. Equipped with built-in automatic temperature compensation, it eliminates measurement errors caused by temperature fluctuations and guarantees accurate readings under all working conditions. The sensor simultaneously measures two parameters: pH and temperature, with a pH measuring range of 0–14 and a temperature range of 0–60°C. It achieves a measurement precision of 0.1 pH, featuring fast data response and minimal value drift to maintain stable output during long-term continuous monitoring.

In terms of hardware, the sensor is equipped with a dual high-impedance differential amplifier to greatly enhance anti-electromagnetic interference performance. It performs steadily in complex electromagnetic industrial sites and prevents data fluctuation and false alarms. The housing is made of premium PPS engineering plastic with IP68 high-level waterproof rating and pressure resistance up to 0–4 bar. Corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, it fits harsh installation scenarios such as underwater locations, pipelines and tanks. It comes with standard NPT3/4 pipe thread for easy installation, supporting submerged, pipeline and tank mounting. Online installation can be completed without equipment shutdown, leaving normal operation unaffected.
For communication compatibility, the sensor supports dual output modes: RS485 digital communication (Modbus/RTU protocol) and 4–20mA analog signal. It seamlessly connects to various industrial automatic control equipment including PLC, DCS, industrial controllers and data loggers to facilitate automated control systems with stable and efficient data transmission. A 5-meter signal cable is supplied as standard, and custom cable lengths are available to meet on-site wiring requirements.
