Against increasingly stringent ecological environmental supervision and continuous refinement of water environment governance, the demand for online water quality monitoring equipment has surged across municipal sewage, rivers and lakes, industrial wastewater, aquaculture and other scenarios. The industry is currently plagued by widespread pain points: conventional monitoring devices only measure single parameters and fail to meet the demand for synchronous multi-indicator monitoring; sensors are prone to adhesion of microorganisms and impurities, resulting in data drift and distortion, while frequent manual cleaning and calibration push up operation and maintenance costs; poor equipment compatibility and unstable data transmission easily create isolated data silos. In addition, most devices feature cumbersome disassembly & assembly and inadequate protection, making them unfit for long-term stable monitoring under complex water quality conditions. The market is in urgent need of an integrated, low-frequency-maintenance, high-precision and highly adaptable intelligent monitoring device.

Developed to address core industry pain points, the Multi-Parameter Self-Cleaning Water Quality Monitor adopts an integrated intelligent design integrating multi-parameter measurement, automatic cleaning, stable data transmission and easy maintenance. It fully adapts to long-term online monitoring of diverse water environments and resolves the drawbacks of traditional monitoring equipment.

Equipped with high-performance digital sensors, this multi-parameter self-cleaning water quality monitor supports flexible selection of measuring modules including dissolved oxygen, COD, pH, ORP, conductivity, ammonia nitrogen, turbidity and temperature, enabling synchronous detection of up to 8 water quality parameters. All parameters deliver high measurement accuracy, outstanding resolution and wide measuring ranges, precisely complying with monitoring standards for various water quality working conditions and catering to diverse demands such as environmental compliance supervision, water quality control and ecological monitoring.

The core intelligent automatic cleaning system of the monitor allows customized cleaning intervals and cycles to fit water bodies with varying pollution levels. It automatically removes microorganisms and suspended contaminants on sensor surfaces to eliminate monitoring errors caused by dirt buildup, drastically cutting manual maintenance frequency and costs while ensuring consistent, accurate long-term monitoring data. Adopting the standard RS-485 bus and universal Modbus/RTU communication protocol, the device achieves stable and efficient data transmission and can be directly connected to all types of data acquisition platforms, tackling the industry’s challenges of poor compatibility and disconnected data linkage.

In terms of structural design, the multi-parameter self-cleaning water quality monitor features an integrated compact framework with robust durability and broad adaptability. Sensors are fitted with quick-plug waterproof connectors for easy disassembly, assembly and overhaul. The front protective cover is engineered with precision slots to block large particulate matter and biological interference, safeguarding sensor probes without interfering with normal detection, balancing protective performance and measuring precision. Boasting low power consumption and stable power supply, the monitor comes standard with a 5-meter cable (customizable on demand) and suits complex installation environments including open fields, wilderness and industrial sites, standing as a premium cost-effective option for online water quality monitoring.
